When and where EFE2024 will take place?

EFE 2024 will take place on 4-7 March 2024 at the KL Convention Centre

What are the exhibition's dates and opening hours?

EFE 2024 will be held on 4-7 March 2024.
Opening hours are 9:00am – 6:00pm.
Registration counters will be closed 30 minutes before the exhibition’s closing time.

Do you provide Visa Application Service?

We do NOT provide Visa Application Service. Our trade visitors will be responsible in processing the required documents for their entry to Malaysia. We do, however, issue Invitation Letters for Visa from January to February. Click here for more details (link to visa application site)

VISITOR ADMISSION

Who can attend the show?

EFE is open to trade buyers from the industry and invited guests. Trade buyers must present their business card to obtain an entry pass to the exhibition.

What are the conditions for admission to the show?

If you have pre-registered yourself, please go to our kiosks with the QR Code that you have received in advance to collect your show kit with your admission pass. If you have missed the pre-registration deadline, please register online at www.efe.my. You can also present your business card to register at the visitor registration counters for an admission pass.

What is the entrance fee for EFE ?

Free Admission. We did not charge any entrance fee for EFE 2024.

Is the show open to the general public?

Yes, EFE is open to public visitors on last day of the show.

Can children attend the show?

People under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter the exhibition halls.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is strictly casual business attire. No shorts, singlet or slippers are allowed. The organiser has the right to refuse entry to anyone who is inappropriately dressed.

Can students attend the show?

Students can visit the show on selected date and time. Please refer to http://www.efe.my/group-visitor/

Can visitors take pictures at the show?

Photography and videography are not allowed at the show without prior notice.

VISITOR PRE-REGISTRATION

What is visitor pre-registration?

Pre-registration allows trade visitors to register for free admission passes in advance by receiving them via mail before the exhibition. With pre-registration, you can choose the easiest way to enter the fair, avoiding queues and dedicating all the time to the visit.

How can I pre-register myself for an admission pass?

Register via our website, there is no expiry date for the registration. You will receive the QR code immediately via mail, scan your QR code to get your badges to avoid long queues.

What can I do if I have lost my admission pass after I have registered?

At the pre-registered visitor counters, inform the staff your QR Code and get a reprint of your admission pass on the spot.

What can I do if more than one person from my company plans to visit the show?

Please provide us the name and designation of all visitors for visitor registration in advance to info@efe.my. The Organiser will issue separate admission passes for each visitor.

How do I communicate a change of visitor's name or address?

Please send us the new name or address, specifying your old address and all your new contact information (name, designation, company name, full address, telephone, fax and e-mail). Please send the details by e-mail (info@efe.my).

I have not received my confirmation email from organiser

Please check the spam or junk folder of your email because your email could have stringent filtering settings which might have detected the confirmation email as spam.
